1. About Our Application

The SafenBound mobile app is a business ERP tool developed exclusively for our authorized branch partners, agents, and field staff. It is not a public consumer app. The app gives authorized users access to our internal logistics management system which includes:

• Branch-level docket and consignment management.
• Goods booking, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Inward and outward shipment tracking.
• View daily operations and branch reports.
• Upload delivery proof documents and photos.

Access to the app is restricted — only users with valid login credentials provided by SafenBound can use this application.

2. What Information is Accessed

Our app operates as a secure WebView connected to our ERP portal. The only information accessed is what you enter or interact with during your work session:

• Login Details: Username and password to authenticate your session on the ERP portal.
• Business Operations Data: Docket numbers, consignment details, goods information, branch data, and delivery records that you enter or view as part of your daily work.
• Uploaded Files: Documents or photos that you choose to upload as proof of delivery or for record-keeping in the ERP system.

We do not collect any personal information such as contacts, location, SMS, call logs, or any other device data.

We do not access your camera or files in the background at any time. The permission is used only when you explicitly initiate a file upload action inside the app.

3. No Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer any user data or business data to any third party. All information entered into the ERP system is strictly used for the internal logistics operations of Safe 'N' Bound Logistic Services Pvt. Ltd. only.

4. No Advertisements & No Tracking

The SafenBound app does not show any advertisements. We do not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, or user tracking systems. This app is a pure business operations tool with no commercial tracking of any kind.
